We went to Borongan Wednesday evening. Right before we left, the power went out (third brown-out of the week). When we got to Borongan, it was brown-out there, too. There was a signal one bagio (typhoon), and it knocked over a post in Sulat, thus cutting off power to the entire province. It's Friday evening, and there's till no power. I hope this isn't another seven day thing. We were in Borongan because I had to do a baptismal interview for one of the zone leaders' baptismal candidates. Interesting, because I'm not a DL or anything. All of the DLs were in Tacloban because of transfers, so Elder Fautimau (one of the APs) said I could do it because I used to be a DL.
I've got LBM again. It's not as bad as when I was hospitalized, but I'm still not having fun. Elder Welsh and I were waiting in Sulat in a waiting shed for four house for Elders Rynearson and Credo to show up (they never did), so I took a juicy dump in the middle of a group of banana trees on the side of the highway. Nobody saw me.
I remember who's replacing Elder Werner in Dolores. It's Elder Applonie, Elder Millington's MTC companion. I can't wait to talk to him.
Power just came on.
