A typical bath room in Region VIII.  The red buck is for flushing the toilet.   The small green pitcher was used to dip water out of the big green bucket to dump over Myself to bathe.

People in the Philippines do a lot of pissing outside, and missionaries are no exception.  This is Elder Pfister in Almeria.

This is a pot-pot.  I don't know if you can make it out in the photo, but the bottom slat says "Don't forget to remember.  Shit!  Why walking?"

All of my socks looked like this after a while.  I actually had some that were worse.  They looked like this, but also had a huge hole in the heel.

Almeria.  I'm not goofing off for the camera here.  That was seriously the only way we could get to some of the people we taught.
