Mercie Grace's baptismal interview last night went great. Elder Richardson was very impressed. She's a smart girl. After the interview, we all ate some of the cake that I had bought. It's Ligaya's birthday on December 9, so since I won't be here, I brought her some cake yesterday. Then we went and gave some cake to Butch, because his birthday is December 10.
This week so far has been pretty pathetic. Elder Millington has been sick the entire time, so we've done hardly any work. He's sleeping right now. We have appointments later today, so we'll go to them.
We find out tonight where I'm going and who's my replacement. We'll find out who'll be taking over San Roque, too.
LATER
I'm transferred to Guiuan. It's the most remote area in the mission, way over on the south east tip of Samar. My companion will be Elder Wetenkamp. My replacement is Elder Ranck. He's coming from being zone leader in Bay-Bay. Nice guy. Other transfers in the zone: Elder Giles is going to Palo; Elder Atkinson will be training; Elder Melendez is going to Sulat (same zone as me); Elder Jariol will be training; Elder Gummersall is going to Naval to be zone leader; Elder Williams and Elder Bautista will be opening San Roque again.
Guiuan, I've been told, has the worst apartment in the mission.
