It's September already. Can you believe that? I've already been in Carigara for a month now. I go home in 33 days.
I've been sick all week. We haven't been able to do a lot of work. It doesn't help me keep from getting trunky.
We went to Ormoc last P-Day. It was so nice to go back. I hadn't been there since last August. Cebuano people are so much nicer than Waray-Waray people. Gaisano is better there. We ate at Greenwich. Bought some real milk. I saw Sister Fernendez and Sister Gadayan, the two coolest sister missionaries in the mission.
We'll have three more baptisms tomorrow. Mike and Ana Marie Lawaan and Teresita Carcillar. More referrals. Carigara kicks trash. Elders Hubbard and Parejas are having success, too. They'll have baptisms for the next couple of weeks.
Elder Gummersall will be going home on the 13th, so that means changes in the zone. Elder Ariba will be his replacement in San Miguel. Sister Tojong will be transferred to V&G in Tacloban. Sister Else will replace her. She's cool; I was her first zone leader. Also, they're sticking two more sisters in Capoocan: Sisters Layante and Cruz. I was Layante's first zone leader, too.
