Holy freak, it's already October! I only have ten days left! What am I going to do when I get home?
I had my last baptisms yesterday: Don-Don and Herminia Alecha, Pidoy Montalban, and the Felix and Maria Pilande family. It was very nice. The Pilande family was a golden contact of Elder Hubbard's that I taught. Herminia and Don-Don were very happy to be baptized finally. They've been waiting for two months now.
Today is my last fast Sunday in the field.
I know I'm going to be home soon. I'm excited to go home. But I don't really believe it yet. This is the day that will never come, and I'm having trouble fully believing that is is finally here. It just doesn't seem real to me yet, and I don't think it will until I step on the airplane.
